I saved a Vouchr and I can't find it on my App?
When you select and save a Vouchr, our App creates a Passbook Vouchr which is now stored in your Passbook App on your phone. To redeem, simply open your Passbook App, and select your Vouchr from the stack.

I have presented a valid Vouchr at participating retail store, and the sales clerk refused to accept my Vouchr.
Vouchr promises that any offer which you see on our App has been approved and authorized by the Company - we never place a Vouchr on the App which has not been signed off by our clients. Unfortunately in some cases, the advertiser may not have fully briefed their stores on the offer, and their staff may not be aware of the Vouchr redemption process. In rare instances some franchisees may decide not to honour Vouchrs even though head office has explicitly advised them to do so. In such cases, we are unable to force individual stores to accept Vouchrs, and you need to assert your rights with the store operator.

How do I actually redeem my Vouchr?
In most cases, you will only need to show your Vouchr on your phone at the store point-of-sale to claim the offer. However, we are currently rolling out the Vouchr real-time redemption system. At participating stores, you will present your Vouchr on your phone, the staff member scan your code, and it will then show as redeemed on your phone.

Why does my camera and light activate on my phone when I open Vouchr?
Many of Vouchr's advertisers incorporate QR codes from their catalogues or print ads into their Vouchr campaigns. So, when you see a Coupon which you'd like to use, you can fire up your Vouchr App, open up your embedded QR reader, and scan the QR Code to save the Vouchr into your phone for later use. If you want to close your QR code reader, simply tap on the Yellow Bar.

How do I stay informed of the latest Vouchr offers?
When you subscribe to a brand, you will be notified on your phone about the latest offers from your subscribed brands. To find out about new brands and offers, you can either check back on your phone, or you can visit the Vouchr website. Occasionally, we will send a push notification to your phone to inform you of extraordinary offers which we believe the Vouchr community would be excited to learn about.
6.
My Vouchr App is crashing and/or not functioning correctly.
Although each Vouchr App release is thoroughly tested before we publish it, there will be software bugs which crop up from time to time. If you are experiencing issues, please click on the feedback button in the settings screen.
